Myles Traveled is a great story. It’s an inspirational story. It’s the American Dream.”

The Oldest – And Youngest – Travelers

Pretty sure I have found both the oldest and the youngest readers of Myles Traveled.

Last week I took a copy to our dear family friend Esther. Now Esther will be 100 years old next March. Late Friday evening I visited the nursing home where she now resides, to take her a copy of the finished book. (She was among the first readers of our “first draft.”) Esther was thrilled to see it in print and excited to read the finished product, especially since she had read the raw version. The next morning, at 9 AM on a Saturday, she called me and proudly announced, “I’m on page 29 already! It’s so readable.” Woe that I live to be 100 and have her mind!

At the other end of things, yesterday a business acquaintance asked me to sign a book he had ordered form the publishers website. It was a Christmas gift for his 11 year old grandson!

So there you have it, from 11 to 100. Myles Traveled is a book for all generations!
